Tabloid layouts can be used for any number of uses. SEACC uses a tabloid half-fold layout for this annual communiqué. When starting this project, the client was interviewed so we had a clear set of goals, historical documents to review, and their current brand guidelines to ensure the new design would be on-point.

Other tabloid uses may include promotional materials such as sales wraps and info sheets, or more intensive items like program layouts, newsletters, and magazines. The 11x17 size is also popular for posters, as they're available from most walk-in print/copy shops, and display nicely among community bulletin boards.
